In Pompallier 1 we are reading a book called The boy at the back of the class, I was told to draw a kibbeh, a kibbeh is traditional to Lebanon and Syria, Ahmet the new boy is from Syria and his traditional food is Kibbeh! A Kibbeh is a roll, inside it is mince meat and topped with delicious spices. Here are the ingredients on a Kibbeh. A mixture of bulgur wheat , onions, ground beef, warm and earthy middle east spices (allspice and ground cinnamon).
